Providing senior technical support to USAID environmental officers and missions under the ECOS contract (formerly GEMS) contract. Completing and reviewing environmental assessment documents to ensure compliance with the 22 CFR 216 regulations. Recently (May 2019), completed the environmental procedures best practices review for USAID/DRC with field visits to Kinshasa, and Bukavu. In the past year, have co-authored two FAA 118/119 Tropical Forestry and Biodiversity Assessments, for USAID/Cambodia (Feb 2019), and for USAID/CARPE and DRC in the Congo River Basin (May 2017). In addition, directed the health care waste management assessment and training for USAID/Uganda in June 2017. Completed three environmental compliance field evaluations of PMI/USAID Indoor Residual Spraying programs in Zimbabwe (Dec 2018), Mozambique (Oct 2017), and Senegal (July 2017). Providing environmental compliance support to the USAID/PPSELD 10-MW power plant in Haiti (for NRECA International) since 2015.
