As a leader in L&D I provide the direction and resources for my team to develop world class learning solutions that use all the delivery methods open to us. Since the pandemic I have lead my team through major change in the organisation and the conversion of all our offerings to virtual delivery, upskilling individuals to deliver content in an engaging and environmentally sensitive way. Research still forms a major part in how I develop resources and in how I lead my team. I have had to adapt my leadership style to manage people across Europe coping with working from home, as well as leading major projects with multiple workstreams, now all planned and executed remotely.
