I’m a seasoned construction estimating leader with 25+ years of experience in high-value, high-risk environments — from nuclear plants and battery storage systems to large-scale federal and infrastructure projects.As a designated Subject Matter Expert in estimating, I’ve built processes, led preconstruction strategy, and developed cost models for projects exceeding $250 million. I currently support major utility clients across the U.S, helping shape accurate and defensible labor and cost structures for critical assets.My career has spanned roles in both field execution and executive-level estimating, including leading full departments at EPC firms and guiding pursuits on major design/build efforts. I’ve supported public, private, and federal sector clients with a focus on clarity, consistency, and accountability in estimating systems.
