Leader of Digital Services technical teams supporting Financial Control and Treasury. • Managing a $3.6 million annual budget consisting of 6 full-time resources and 44 contractors (Mindtree and Coforge) both onshore and in India. Agile team members include SCRUM Masters, Mainframe Developers, Full Stack Engineers (JAVA, APIs, and Informatica), and Automation Testers. • Assists the Digital Service Director in creating integrated digital and information technology strategy plans to support multiple business unit strategies. • Team supports Treasury as Banking Partners technical point of contact for Bank of America, FIS Global (Synovus), JP Morgan Chase, CitiBank, PNC, Truist, and Wells Fargo. • Team is responsible for all Group Financial integration activities (Remittance, Disbursements, and Move Money Transfers) through both batch and real-time processing using APIs. Integrations built include Policy Administration to SAP (General Ledger transactions) and FS-CD (Claims and Premium Refund disbursements); Check Printing integration with OpenText Exstream product; and FileNet (check imaging). • Implemented Informatica B2B solutions (Managed File Transfer, Powercenter, B2B Data Exchange/Transformation) to manage the movement of all financial files. • Team supports all Corporate Financial Balancing and Control activities; utilizing Precisely\'s ACR and Data360 DQ+ products. • Remittance Integrations with payment vendors: PNC (PINACLE Platform) and Paylogix Pro/Lite. Exceptions are processed through PEGA workflow integrations. • Mainframe Batch Monitoring Support of 500+ Jobs. • 1099 Tax Reporting integration with Thomson Reuters’s ONESOURCE product. • Escheatment Software integration with Ryan Software’s TrackerPro product. • OFAC integration with Lexis Nexis. • Policy Administration and Compensation System Integrations: Mphasis Wyde\'s Wynsure, Concentrix\'s Genelco, SalesForce\'s ClaimVantage, MDI\'s FIMMAS, and Vertafore\'s VUE.
