I am currently working on a commercial build in Oxford. Started from foundation and will be completing the build in November 2025. The build is going to be two apartment blocks going up, with 9 apartments in total and there will be a retail shop on the ground floor as well. The apartments will be arrange of 1,2,3 beds with balconies fitted. These will be done to a very high standard to sell privately.
