Position is designed to be a key national resource for ensuring the operational excellence of All Stars Project\'s regional programming and administration of strategic projects. Under the umbrella of ASP\'s Social Development Partners initiative, will oversee the design and delivery of new training and development programs for nonprofits, community organizations and corporations interested in incorporating our performance approach into their work. Additionally, partner closely with local ASP directors on creating and implementing annual program plans and monitoring program operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and quality. Reports to Shadae McDaniel, Senior Vice President of Programs and Strategic Initiatives.
