I’m a partner in the commercial litigation section with a broad range of experience in intellectual property, corporate, and business litigation in all Delaware courts. The majority of my practice is high stakes patent infringement litigation in the U.S. District Court involving pharmaceutical and biologic drug products, medical devices, manufacturing devices, and computer software and hardware. I am also regularly involved in Chancery litigation involving allegations of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, and have experience in trust and real estate litigation in the Court of Chancery, as well as litigation in bankruptcy adversary proceedings. On a pro bono basis, I successfully represented a client alleging civil rights violations, have served several times as a guardian ad litem for minors before the Family Court, and negotiated the reversal of the denial of benefits to a Vietnam veteran suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder in a case pending in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Affairs.
