With $1.4 billion in sales, I have been a Senior Healthcare Real Estate leader for over 30 years. Healthcare experienceI began as a regional director of marketing in the mid-80s with The Hillhaven Corp, now called Kindred Care. Later I moved into operations We operated 350 skilled nursing facilities across the county. I was in the Southwest division covering Fresno south to the border and all of Arizona. We were 30-32 skilled nursing and Independent living facilities totaling approximately 3,400 beds. Real EstateI have specialized my career entirely within senior healthcare space including assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities. My background in operations gives me unique insights into how to increase value of healthcare facilities for our clients. It allows us to identify the ideal buyer for every opportunity.
