Chief systems engineer on a number of programs to demonstrate coherent Doppler measurements of winds to support launch activities for NASA, to provide wind shear data to landing aircraft using an on board coherent Doppler lidar for NASA. These are published in Applied Optics, ca. 1990s. Worked other airborne and space borne laser/sensor development programs for US Government customers.
