I coordinate research for the Ads UX team at Google. As a research coordinator, I\'m an expert in the nuts and bolts behind research: Our team handles sourcing, screening, scheduling and incentive processing for about 300 discrete studies per year for over 20 product areas. In my time with Ads UX, I’ve developed process improvements for both internal and external tools, designed workflows for new research methods and created templates and documentation for others on my team. My day-to-day typically involves: • Liaising communications between users, researchers, program managers, designers, engineers and more. • Identifying recruitment obstacles and working with UXRs to find repeatable solutions • Handling VIP research participants or building custom process for specific studies • Managing recruitment sources and research opt-in databases • Ensuring compliance with PPI protection policies internationally (GDPR)
