About Jim Hall

I have worked as a Home Health Respiratory Therapist since 2009. I am wanting to expand the experience I have had working with and filling in for sales staff in building and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors. I enjoyed this aspect of my career most, and have decided I would like to do this full time. I am a very motivated individual and am always looking for a new challenge. I have excelled at almost every job I have had since I was 18, and hope to continue to do so throughout my life.I am always looking to better myself as an individual which only makes me better at everything else I do. I have a positive outlook on life even when it gets challenging. I look to see where I can be better and never settle for the spot that I\'m in. I support my friends, family and community.    My purpose at Lincare as a sale account manager is to make the current accounts stronger and build new ones. This is done by creating relationships with doctors, nurses, social workers and their supporting staff. I also have the responsibility of trouble shooting problems that may arise and come up with solutions to each of these problems. I maintain documentation and work with spreed sheets to help with this process.August of 2015 I was presented with the achievement award for #1 sales in highest oxygen growth in centers our size.
