ABOUT JIM HADJIYIANNI

With over 25 years of experience spanning both public and private sectors, I am passionate about driving innovation, collaboration, and excellence across Ontario’s public sector supply chain. As President and CEO of OECM, I lead a trusted not-for-profit collaborative sourcing organization that delivers exceptional savings, choice, service, and value to Ontario’s education sector, broader public sector, other not-for-profit organizations, and more.My career has been defined by transformative leadership, driving organizational performance, and fostering strong relationships across the public and private sectors to deliver impactful results. Before joining OECM, I held senior roles in the Ontario Public Service, including Director of Strategic Procurement Services. A commitment to service excellence and organizational performance drove my work in government. My experience also includes key roles at Canadian Tire Corporation and Accenture, where I established expertise in supply chain management.At OECM, I focus on establishing and strengthening partnerships, driving leading supply chain practices, and enhancing our collaborative model to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry. I am committed to delivering value through innovation, collaboration, and service delivery excellence, with a firm focus on supporting the diverse needs of the broader public sector, specifically our customers, suppliers, and other partners.I am also incredibly fortunate to lead an organization comprised of forward-thinking, motivated, and kind individuals.
