Role:This position reports into the Global Head of Operations and is critical to delivering a first-class operational function. Working closely with various internal teams and stakeholders across FDM to deliver operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:• Manage a team of HR Operational Assistants, inspiring innovation, ownership and a passion for providing a solution focused customer-centre service. • Build/manage day-to-day HR operations including activities such as; new hire induction, vetting, probation, transfer, exit, termination, etc.• Ensure monthly payroll files are accurate and provided to the payroll team on time. • Act as contact person for employees on a wide range of questions related to procedures and benefits.• Deliver a seamless HR service to the business - working closely with FDM’s overseas People teams to further develop and optimise processes, policies and procedures. • Responsibility for all internal staff transactional processes ensuring complete confidentiality. Working with internal recruitment to seamlessly onboard new starters. • Work in conjunction with the Finance Department on bonuses, reconciliations and other cross functional reporting. • Liaise with global regional Heads of People to collate and disseminate Head Office operational needs. • The design, setting up and implementing of internal SLAs for People Operations.• Work with the Executive to provide accurate reporting.• Liaise with other global functions on continuous improvement projects.• Champion our culture, and deliver excellent administrative support to the business.
