Jim Gibney is Vice President, Global Compliance Operations, Corporate Compliance at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. In this role, he leads a global team of compliance professionals dedicated to enhancing and managing elements of an effective compliance program. His responsibilities include ensuring that Regeneron maintains proper compliance policies, training, and a culture and ethics-focused communication strategy to support the company\'s global business operations. Additionally, Jim oversees Regeneron’s global transparency program and manages a network of compliance leads in the EUCAN region and Japan to support in-country business operations. Jim recently completed an assignment with Regeneron UK Limited in London, where he led the initial construction of the Regeneron EUCAN compliance program to support rest-of-world business operations.Beginning his career at Pfizer as a Professional Sales Representative in 1992, Jim has held positions of increasing responsibility in pharmaceutical sales, sales management, commercial operations and management, and Corporate Compliance. He left Pfizer in 2011 to join Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. for a greater challenge and to further build on his diverse professional experience.Jim served 9 years in the United States Naval Reserve and is a graduate of Rutgers University.
