ABOUT JIM GENTILCORE

A respected industry veteran, with Board level and CEO experience leading and growing successful industrial, chemical, and technology companies, with significant global M&A and IPO experience.Before retiring at the end of 2018, Jim was Chairman and CEO, of PQ Corporation, a leading global innovator in specialty chemicals, and led their successful IPO.Jim currently serves as the Lead Independent Director of Entegris Inc, a Nasdaq listed, global leader in specialty materials.He recently served as Chairman of the Board of Pontem Corp, an NYSE listed Special Purpose Acquisition Company.He previously served as a board member of Milacron before its sale to Hillenbrand, and KMG Chemicals before its sale to Cabot Microelectronics. He also served on the Board of the American Chemistry Council.Prior to his role at PQ Corporation, Jim was an Executive Advisor for CCMP Capital Advisors. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Edwards Group Ltd, a Nasdaq listed, leading UK technology company, until its successful merger with Atlas Copco in January 2014. He had served as an independent director of the Edwards Board of Directors since 2007.Additional prior experience included CEO of Epac Technologies Inc, a venture capital funded leader in logistics solutions for technology companies from 2009 to 2011, and CEO of Helix Technology Corporation, where he led its strategic merger with Brooks Automation in 2005.Early in his career, he spent 10 years in the electronics materials industry with Air Products Inc, serving in various business development and operational roles.His global experience includes several Asian based joint ventures and acquisitions and many U.S. based technology acquisitions.
