The Common Cents Program teaches financial literacy to pre-college teenagers, with the goal of developing sound personal financial judgment, teaching the basics of financial markets and how to use financial assets to create wealth, and mentoring students regarding studies in finance, career options, and interviewing skills.The Common Cents Program has developed and leads summer workshops called Wall Street in the Classroom & It\'s a Small World through Fordham University\'s Gabelli School of Business. Its goal is to attract high school students from all over the world who want to gain a fundamental understanding of investing. Common Cents Program works with numerous other educational institutions conducting financial literacy workshops.
