I have been SO LUCKY. In the past 30 years I have had the privilege to assemble, work with and learn from the most amazing management team on the planet. Many of which have been with me since day 1. Over the last several years we have opened, owned and operated 22 Marketing & Advertising Agencies in 8 states (and 3 countries). Often communicating with people annually (outbound and inbound). We have also had the good fortune to hire and train over agents. FAST FORWARD a Decade… when end-loan financing “took a vacation” during the 20••••10 Crisis, we transitioned our Company (Customer Creation Centers) from a Vacation Ownership Guest Generation Machine Prospects/Year DayDrive & Mini’s) to putting “Heads in Beds” (unhooked) and focused on boosting Vacation Rental Arrivals. We created our 1st VRBO / HomeAway & AirBNB Listing in ‘14 and had 500+’a few years later generating VR Arrivals & Room Nights.
