I am Sabio\'s WFO/WEM Solutions Consultant. I operate at group level, supporting regional presales and commercial teams in the acquisition of new customers, and the development of existing customers. I also run frequent internal enablement sessions across all supported regions. I ensure Sabio\'s WFO/WEM propositions and market offers are current, relevant and of interest to customers and prospects. This includes the development of Sabio IP to compliment Vendor products. As part of my role I demonstrate how Sabio creates value for Prospects, Customers and Partners. I am a WFO/WEM SME across multiple vendor product suites.I consider it key to the success of my role that I motivate and excite others in relation to WFO/WEM, and the benefits that customers can realise by unlocking the full potential of their WFO/WEM investment.
