ABOUT JIM EZELL
My 35 years in this industry has brought me in contact with almost every type of real estate issue from a retail perspective. As a business owner and tenant myself in properties owned by an eventual employer, I have been able to bring a different perspective to the problem solving side of our business using experience and common sense. When you have had to sell enough widgets to make a payroll, pay utilities and keep a business fresh, I can really relate to the tenants I speak with daily about their issues. From tenants to employees, vendors to peers and clients, I try every day to treat people like I would want to be treated. Hard to do when controversial tenant/landlord issues come up, but you can be fair and tough at the same time. We look forward to the future of building and growing our business for many years to come.
