Diagnose chronic issues causing decreased cavitation and quality issues to develop and implement corrective actions and mold improvements.Evaluate and set preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. Work alongside mold makers and mold technicians to complete mold maintenance, refurbishments and improvements. Work within cross functional team for new product introduction including mold design reviews and new mold introductions.
