   Jim Drizos is the Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets for BWE, a leading national commercial real estate financing firm. In his current role, Jim oversees all Agency Mortgage-backed Securities (MBS) capital market activities, including the pricing and trading of Agency debt instruments, loan structuring, distribution of fixed-income market information, and the development as well as the management of Broker-Dealer/Investor relationships. Under his leadership, Jim’s team focuses on achieving optimal pricing executions for clients while providing timely and accurate market insights. He is also responsible for ensuring trading compliance and managing capital markets risk.With over 30 years of experience, Jim\'s expertise encompasses institutional account management, fixed-income sales and trading, business development, risk management, commercial real estate cash flow analysis, and team leadership. He has a passion for customer service and the dynamic world of capital markets, which was shaped by his early experiences in a small family business, where he learned the importance of responsibility and attention to detail.
