Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working in the medical device industry and continue to provide innovative solutions to support the growth of the healthcare industry. Led cross-functional teams in the design and development of a range of innovative medical device products including surgical instruments, medical imaging devices and implants. Created a new product design process that emphasizes quality, safety and efficacy to ensure all products meet regulatory and industry standards. Led product improvement programs that increased the performance and reliability of existing products. Helped the company pass multiple FDA reviews and CE markings to successfully launch new products and expand markets. Analyzed market trends and competition to develop strategies for the company to promote products and develop new markets. Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and training to ensure customers have the best possible product experience. Participate in international medical exhibitions to showcase the company\'s products and build key customer relationships. During my time in the medical industry, I have not only gained technical knowledge and management skills, but I have also developed teamwork and communication skills to ensure that our products play an important role in the global medical community.
