Jim Dobleske, chair and CEO of Ford Motor Land Development (Ford Land), the real estate arm and wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. In this appointed leadership role, Dobleske is responsible for Ford’s global real estate portfolio which includes manufacturing, research and development and office properties while supporting the implementation of Ford’s ambitious Ford+ plan to grow and create value. As chair and CEO of Ford Land, Dobleske oversees real estate, engineering and construction, energy and sustainability, global design, facility management services and workplace experience for Ford Land. Under his leadership, the Ford Land team will help deliver and sustain best-in-class real estate, workplace experiences and facilities across the globe. Prior to returning to Ford, Dobleske was the Global President of Project Management for CBRE where he was responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy for Project Management and working with a diverse team to help deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Before joining CBRE, Dobleske worked for JLL for 17 years where he held positions of increasing responsibility including serving as Global Head of Enterprise Sales for JLL’s Corporate Solutions business, International Director of Project and Development Services, with oversight of project management strategy and delivery. Prior to JLL, Dobleske worked at Ford Motor Company for 11 years in a number of roles including project management and strategic planning laying the foundation for his eventual return to lead Ford Land. Dobleske earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Grand Valley State University, and a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Corporate Real Estate from the University of North Texas.
