ABOUT JIM DEPIETRO

James A. DePietro is a respected dynamic leader who has amassed a wealth of government, commercial and international business management experience. During his career he developed a rare and unique professional skill-set that includes managing the complex elements of the following functional areas: Contracts; Subcontracts; Customer Service; Finance; Ethics; Legal; Intellectual Property Licensing; Business Operations; Security; Human Resources; Marketing; Business Development; Risk Management; and Trade Compliance. Mr. DePietro held positions of increasing responsibility in Business Development, Contracts and Senior Management in McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Harley-Davidson, Harris Corporation, DRS Technologies and Symetrics Industries. Mr. DePietro has educated literally thousands of employees and representatives from the business community in courses such as Change Management; International Business; Foreign Military Sales; Foreign Trade Zones; Strategic Selling; Managing Customer Expectations; Leadership; Cultural Considerations; Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; and US Antiboycott Regulations. Mr. DePietro was the recipient of the NCMA Industry Leader Award and, DRS\'s Management Excellence Award for excellence in leadership. He has been a featured speaker at a variety of national professional symposiums and continues to be sought after as a recognized leader and educator that will freely give of his time to support the training and developmental needs of the business community.
