Some of the accomplishments of my civilian career of which I am most proud include the following:• Establishing a project management office (PMO) and driving it to become a global profit center serving Fortune 100 customers in health care, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and higher education for $65M telecommunications provider, Continuant.• Designing and deploying enterprise resource planners (ERP), information technology service managers (ITSM), and Skype for Business Online solutions with zero disruption of services and no negative impact to customer base. • Improving the efficiency of a network operations center (NOC) and dramatically increasing the resolution of first-time calls, reducing customer downtime by 50%.
