In charge of day to day operations of concrete division all ready mix plants, drivers and dispatchers. This also includes doing yearly budgeting and adhering to the budget for the year. Currently we are running 82 mixers trucks,5 bulker trucks, and 6 Batch plants.

I have been in the Ready Mix business for the last 15+ years starting as a mixer driver and working my way up though Batch Plants and maintenance crew and into the management. Before this career I ran restaurants for many years as Regional Manager to General manager positions. I have many years experience managing people and believe we (managers) are here to empower the employees to do the best job they can. This is accomplished by giving them the expectations and tools to do their jobs.
