With over two decades of experience in software solution development, I have consistently delivered strategic technology leadership across multiple domains like finance, HR, legal, and public policy. I had responsibility for 40 architects and testers, ensuring robust, secure, and integrated architectures that spanned in-house, purchased, software-as-a-service and hybrid cloud solutions. I am passionate about driving technical innovation, fostering collaboration, and aligning architectural strategies with organizational goals to enable impactful business outcomes. In my principal architect role, I was responsible for defining, reviewing and maintaining high-quality architectural solutions, directly contributing to key decision-making processes for IT technology strategies. My role emphasized managing architectural initiatives and empowering high-performance teams to deliver scalable and secure systems. By integrating cutting-edge tools and methodologies, I enabled the organization to navigate complex challenges and achieve transformation across critical business areas. Key solution areas include moving to SaaS such as Peoplesoft to Workday, SAP RISE, ADP and UKGI have led digital transformations on the plant floor and supply chain (Ford) and drove the move-to-cloud initiatives (GM) for Finance, HR, Legal, and Corporate Staffs. These moves included SaaS, PaaS and hybrid cloud approaches. I look forward to leveraging this experience as I tackle my new role at University of Michigan as Assistant Director for IT Finance
