Facility Management and environmental over-site of all senior living facilities domestic and international. Responsibilities include through a team of facility professionals asset management, developing operations & capital budgets, insuring that life safety and critical support systems were in place during disaster situations such as hurricanes, ice storms, floods etc. Coordinate training for engineering and housekeeping departments and construction management. Facilities ranged in size from 120 units of assisted living to 600 resident continuing care retirement communities.
