    Providing program/project management, facilities, and engineering expertise for Quantum Organics/Circular Services, a division of Closed Loop Partners. Currently supporting a $50MM facility expansion and upgrade program through preliminary and detailed design, state and local permitting, and equipment procurement phases with construction now underway.Our sustainable processes recycle, reuse, and repurpose organic wastes while- Creating renewable energy for our community- Producing large quantities of high-grade compost and mulches- Reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and - Helping our clients save on waste hauling, disposal and landfill fees.This is all accomplished in Southington, CT with our DEEP-Permitted Solid Waste Processing/Volume Reduction Plant which includes the following:1) Anaerobic Digester using food waste as the fuel and producing renewable energy while incorporating the following processes- Food waste receiving (source separated organics and consumer-packaged goods), de-packaging, and pre-treatment- Anaerobic digestion, biogas production, and biogas upgrading - Combined heat and power (CHP) unit fueled by biogas exporting electrical power to the grid- Wastewater treatment producing organics-rich soil amendments.2) Recycling clean wood with a 1-touch grinding plant producing natural and colored mulches. 3) Recycling leaves and green waste to produce organics-rich compost.
