Current ASDP Station Program involved in 400 Stations. Program for the Amtrak ASDP Program Implementation Team (PIT) – Program Management on behalf of the Amtrak ASDP Station Program. Management activities were in conjunction with Jacobs Engineering. The Program Management activities included but were not limited to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Start-Up Commissioning and Closeout.Some of the major areas that I was specifically responsible for are as follows: Provide 90%, 100%, and IFC design and constructability review; Perform Technical Evaluation for in support of Change Orders; Perform coordination between Amtrak’s Program Management, Amtrak Operations, Amtrak’s Engineering and Jacobs; Review Contractor generated Work Plan for constructability and safe implementation of the Work; Management of the Submittal process; Management of the Inspection services; Management of the Invoice Verification process; Management of the Substantial Completion and Final Completion process; Management of the Startup and Commissioning phases of the Work; Management of the training of Amtrak operational personnel;
