Supporting on-air transmission team maintaining system integrity & optimization in distribution of NBCU cable channels.Prior, I was Affiliate Engineering Manager at EWTN assisting affiliates with system engineering & troubleshooting. Previously held position of Engineering Operations Manager, managing twelve people in Master Control & Quality Control. Served in the Air Force, at Nellis AFB, NV and Lowry AFB, CO. primarily as a Technical Training Instructor teaching Broadcast Television Equipment Maintenance.Regularly freelanced for A&M Productions, LDM Worldwide and Niles Media Group as a Video Engineer for college sporting events for ESPN, CBS Sports, and Comcast Sports. In 20••••03, I was consultant and instructor for both Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church & Faith Chapel Christian Center, both in Birmingham. I used my skills in computers & television, as well as my experience as an instructor. I installed and set up a camera & robotics system for their A/V acquisition & distribution. Installed a Final Cut Pro system. Provided initial training to their volunteer staff on Video Engineering and Camera Control for video production. In 2001 and 2002 I took on an additional part-time position as an Apple Power Representative for MarketSource, contracted by Apple. Maintained all Macs in the local Circuit City’s and CompUSA’s and provided marketing & tech support until they eliminated the program. In I was a computer consultant for Alacare in Birmingham.
