Manage the forecast, RFQ, material/ planning process, build plan between ODM in Asia and internal Commodity team for controlled suppliers on WIFI and campus switches products. • Developing optimized supply chain map and NPI programs executions meet product and market requirement • Collaborate with the cross functional team to be responsible for ensuring the continuity of supply to meet on-time execution of the multiple phase builds of products • Maintain and provide metrics on ODM performance, execution to commit, on time delivery, cost, materials availability, inventory liabilities and manufacturing process • Propose and execute solutions to eliminate shortages impacting build schedules
