   Lead the environmental, health, safety, and process safety team for 150 people at the West Deptford site. Work with site leaders to establish and drive EHS initiatives and goals. Represent the site for EHS matters to the company senior management and government agencies. Manage 4 EHS professionals- Developed an EHS Challenge Coin as recognition for employees who exhibit an EHS mindset - Drove overdue action items to zero by setting a standard of completing actions on time and working with the team to prioritize the actions to ensure timely completion- Assessed gaps in the program, prioritized by risk, and refocused the EHS team to work on higher risk items as opposed to doing everything at once- Collaborated with Global EHS Director to provide input on company goals, programs and policies, and to prioritize computer system solutions.
