I have taken that experience and expanded my brokerage from mobile home parks into multi-family including property management (turn around to sell), and land development deals (including project management). Most of my sellers do a 1031 exchange into single-tenant properties. I can help any project through planning and zoning and permitting as I was a P&Z commissioner for five years. I also teach continuing education classes in Ohio. I believe in consulting with my clients to find the best solution to their investment real estate needs.
