I also consult with partners in product design, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, fleet, food, travel, construction, facility operations, IT, publishing, outsourcing, and professional services regarding supply chain options. In addition, I deliver updates to organization leadership with clear and persuasive communication. I enjoy serving on numerous committees and project teams as a subject matter expert improving operations throughout the organization. A few achievements in this position include: Increased influenced spend by 48% while exceeding savings targets in four out of six years and maintaining customer satisfaction despite global COVID pandemic with effective sourcing strategies. Built global purchasing capability by creating new job series, establishing in-person and remote professional development, and promoting certifications, increasing employee engagement by 19%. Shared expertise in sourcing and supplier performance management with all departments through deployed workforce, improving contract negotiations, supplier relationships, and risk mitigation. Drove continuous improvement through process reengineering and implementing cloud-based catalog, sourcing, and contracting software.
