Mr. Burke has served as the CIO for a hospital system client going through transformational changes in information technology and forging new regional partnerships. Assuming this role immediately following a technology implementation crisis, Mr. Burke has led the organization through the remediation of the crisis and is now serving in an Executive Role as the organization implements new technology platforms and transforms its internal information technology team and talent.His experience also covers many healthcare information technology and operational areas, including: Integration of hospital technology platforms, Master Person Index design and Implementations, Electronic Medical Records design and implementation, Hospital Information Systems design and implementation, Physician practice management system implementation, Revenue cycle automation solutions development and innovative solutions for patient identification and pre-hospital billing. He also has extensive experience in vendor management and contract negotiations, and has served in many technology-advisory roles for healthcare agencies and vendors.
