Jim is a partner with 19 years of working on large and complex transactions at Deloitte. He has worked with FTSE-100 and FTSE-250 listed clients as well as advising PE backed businesses on IPO / equity capital market transactions. He is a qualified chartered accountant, with a wide range of leadership experience. His skillset includes running separations and carve outs for FTSE-100 businesses, running IPO and other ECM transactions, US listed / SOX project management, management of large teams and simultaneous projects, significant board reporting and presentation experience and delivering finance transformation initiatives.
