With more than 35 years of engineering and construction services experience, Jim has spent most of his career in various management roles for multi-billion dollar alternative delivery projects such as the $2.+ billion LaGuardia Airport AirTrain Project and the $2+ billion FasTracks Eagle P3 Project, the nation’s first major transit public-private-partnership procurement using a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain (DBFOM) contract.
