About Jim Bednar
Jim Bednar is an accomplished Business Development professional with diverse professional experience. Jim received a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and spent ten years in the accounting and finance field in various roles of increasing responsibility. His interest in broadening his professional experience led him to Product Marketing roles in the consumer products and medical device industries. In these roles, Jim led several successful product launches which gained market share and improved profit margins.Now representing GE\'s Inspection Technologies division (part of Baker Huges, a GE Company), Jim specializes in helping manufacturing companies use Computed Tomography to evaluate metal parts made via 3D Printing or casting and electronic assemblies. In this role, Jim has developed a vast network of clients throughout the U.S. in the Aerospace, Automotive, Commercial/Industrial, Medical Device and Consumer Products industries.Jim resides in Westlake, OH with his wife and three children. When he is not coaching them, Jim spends his time cheering his kids on from the sidelines at basketball, football, baseball, volleyball and lacrosse games.
