Responsible for program direction and strategy in areas of leadership development, employee relations, performance management, engagement and recognition, FMLA/ADA, workforce planning and others. Creating and launching initiatives to move the iSchool into more modern leadership models and staff engagement and development. I also focus on remote and hybrid work culture for staff and advise on dean-level leadership on staffing, policy, and team structure matters. I also do leadership competency work, coaching, and recently built GPS, a staff program which moves us from an annual, backward-looking performance evaluation to quarterly, forward-looking conversations focused on expectations, feedback, and development. My passion is to ensure that the iSchool has a cohesive, equitable, and supportive community in which our employees can grow and flourish.
