ABOUT JIM BEAVAN
I am an Associate Director in the Savills Central South Planning Team with work experience in both the public and private sector. I have worked on the preparation and submission of a range of planning applications, project managed the refurbishment and conversion of commercial assets and co-ordinated the implementation of large scale mixed-use sites for public sector and private clients. Through ongoing involvement on high profile schemes, I have gained an in depth understanding of Local Councils’ objectives and aspirations for both residential and commercial development sites.Away from Savills I am a keen rugby player, playing for Winchester RFC. I have lived in Winchester for the majority of my life and now work in Southampton. As such, the content I share will predominantly be Hampshire focussed.
