I’m a results-oriented business leader and strategic advisor with a passion for developing people, building programs, and delivering measurable impact.Over a 27-year career at Prudential Financial, I held senior leadership roles across Information Technology and led the company’s Office of Veterans Initiatives for 8 years. There, I built and scaled nationally recognized programs supporting veteran and military spouse employment, financial wellness, and community reintegration—earning top honors from ESGR, Hiring Our Heroes, and Military Times.Before my corporate career, I graduated in the top 10% of my class from the United States Military Academy at West Point and then served as a United States Army Infantry Officer. I later earned my MBA, and continue to build on that foundation as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and DISC Consultant—leveraging the DISC behavioral assessment tool to enhance communication, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness. I also broadened my leadership experience and exposure as 2021 George W Bush Presidential Center Veteran Leadership Program Scholar. Today, I serve as President & Founder of JB Strategic Solutions, where I help individuals and organizations solve challenges through leadership coaching, behavioral insights, and mission-aligned strategy. I’m also active in national mentoring and advocacy efforts through Hiring Our Heroes, NPower, American Corporate Partnership, and the SHRM Foundation’s Military Community Advisory Committee – all with a focus on helping veterans and military families achieve meaningful employment and financial security.Recently I have become involved with Leaderly AI, a continuous learning & engagement platform that uses microlearning to allow leaders to grow and develop at the pace of life.
