I serve as Managing Partner, General Counsel, and Chief Investment Officer of the legal finance strategy at Siltstone Capital, where I lead investment origination, diligence, and portfolio management across a wide range of global legal finance opportunities. My background spans over a decade in litigation finance, complemented by earlier experience as a trial lawyer and law firm partner.Before joining Siltstone, I was Chief Operating Officer at Westfleet Advisors, a leading litigation finance advisory firm. Before that, I served as Co-Chief Investment Officer – U.S. at Omni Bridgeway, a global litigation finance fund manager. At Omni, I helped expand the firm’s U.S. presence, co-led its investment strategy, and built one of the industry’s most respected investment teams.Earlier in my career, I was a trial lawyer and partner at Liddle & Robinson in New York, where I handled groundbreaking cases, including the seminal e-discovery case Zubulake v. UBS Warburg. My experience as both a litigator and investor enables me to assess risk and opportunity from multiple dimensions, making me a trusted partner to law firms, claimholders, and investors.I regularly speak at industry conferences on litigation finance structures, risk assessment, and the strategic use of capital in legal matters. I hold a B.A. in Economics and English from Cornell University, as well as both a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.At Siltstone, I’m focused on building a world-class legal finance platform that delivers strong, uncorrelated returns and helps unlock value across the global legal market.
