At Symphony Technology Solutions, my role as Operations Manager harnesses my expertise in developing a team, ensuring that complex commercial construction projects are delivered with precision. With a background in Senior Project Management, my strategic approach has consistently led to the successful delivery of large-scale construction and industrial manufacturing projects.My commitment to excellence is evident in how I navigate equipment installations, and the intricacies of commissioning and validation processes. Collaborating with diverse teams, I facilitate a culture of innovation and efficiency, driving projects forward while maintaining strong contractor and client relationships. I\'ve been in the industry 18 years and started in the field as a pipefitting apprentice, and have moved to leadership positions in my time. I have had the opportunity to lead projects from inception through commissioning, hired and led engineering teams on design, and worked with GCs and trades specifically to ensure a successful installation. I love to bring in trades early to collaborate with designers early to ensure success and reduce RFIs and potential confusion later in the project.
