Work with matrix partners to develop and manage study level budget within project budget allocation. Encourage others within matrix and line teams to seek alternative perspectives and develop solutions.· Lead, build, and motivate a global team of clinical development scientists/managers/directors· Have primary responsibility and am the focal point of contact for interactions with specified Medicines leaders (e.g. MDLs), Research Units, and other key stakeholder groups including biostatistics, clinical pharmacology modelling and simulation (CPMS), project management etc.
