I encourage team members to speak up and let their idea be heard, many great ideas have come from unlikely people, so many mistakes have been prevent from people asking questions. Planning is the best place to make changes (and cheapest). Leading: I love to see staff advance, to be the best they can be, sometimes change leadership, that is OK, it is important we focus on what is most important to them. I want people to succeed in life. Those positive relationships will payback great dividends long-term.
