As Managing Principal, Jim is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Novaya’s business lines and is the primary liaison with Novaya’s private equity partners. Jim has over 25 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and finance and brings an extensive network of trusted capital relationships from a long track record of successful projects. Novaya provides its clients with an innovative approach to real estate investing, by uncovering value through proprietary market relationships, creative structuring, local expertise and superior management. Our unique platform brings together the talents and over eighty (80) years of collective experience of its principals in real estate and related industries with backgrounds spanning institutional asset management, private equity, real estate law and venture capital. Our company name, Novaya, refers to the Novaya Zemyla effect - an atmospheric phenomenon in the Polar Regions whereby one is able to see the sun rise before it actually crests the horizon. We are intent on providing our investors and partners with Novaya-like insight into the real estate markets.
