Jim Aitken

As the Bridge Project Team Leader for the Southeast, Jim oversees the execution of high quality projects for CHA\'s clients. He is responsible for overseeing both technical staff and project managers located in CHA\'s Southeast Region, which includes Georgia, Florida, Ohio and Indiana. His duties include reviewing appropriate staffing levels for the forecasted work, resource leveling, staff engagement, technical excellence and quality, and all operational activities so the bridge team can function at an optimal level. Additionally, Jim serves as a senior project manager responsible for delivery of bridge and transportation projects of manage projects of varying size and scope.
