I have spent the last 18 plus years creating an online technology platform for the rental market that makes it easier for renters and owners/managers to connect online using professional tools that assist them in navigating and completing the leasing process.We pre-dated all the social platforms and rental networks that came later and have developed syndication feeds that reach their audiences. We focus on these four main areas to help your rental business be successful: Branding your business We want you to be found in your community. On a website with your domain that promotes the strengths of your rental business. We provide a WordPress plugin that lists all your rentals on your website in searchable format. Everything we produce has your business name on it and is designed to promote your business. Distribute rental listings Our philosophy is \"list once, be found everywhere.\" You can select the rental networks you want to be found in. Most are included in your advertising price. We have a flat monthly rate available that enables you to advertise all available properties at at a fixed monthly rate. This is by far the best advertising value we have for our customers. We also distribute your rentals to our Jasnia social pages, and you can request a feed that sends your available listings to your own social pages. Screening services We support whatever service you want to use for your applications and screening. And we suggest services you can integrate with your marketing if you don\'t have your own already. Rent Collection We have provided online rent payment services since 2012 and provide full customer support for you and your tenants in the program. After 10 years, we have changed processors to utilize the technology advances of Stripe for ease of onboarding new merchants, bank account verification for customers using ACH bank payments, and risk assessment for credit card payments. Your payments keep the lease cycle moving so you have consistent cash flow.
