Jilyenne has worked and studied abroad in many different places. Jilyenne is a Business, Organization, and Society Major. Currently, she is a Program Manager at VMLY & R. Prior to VMLY & R, Jilyenne was Program Associate at News America Marketing, News Corp. She is a strategic marketer with a history of campaigns across digital, in-store and print media varying in size from $100K up to $15M. She specializes in a wide variety of brands, such as Intel, CPG brands, Bayer Healthcare. She has also worked on Lindt, Ken\'s Salad Dressing, Sweet Baby Ray\'s, Boston Beer and the list goes on and on. She is detailed oriented and driven. She has great time management skills and works well in a fast pace team environment. She has experience as an Inside Sales Manager at Home Advisor. She managed 10-12 sales representatives. She focused on individual sales, productivity and holding each representative accountable for their sales quotas. She has won many contests, and had the most sales in November 2015, won sales person of the month in September 2016. She was a top performer at the company having over 400 sales. Before promoted to to Inside Sales Manager, she was a ROME (roaming online marketing executive). As a ROME she helped trained new representatives into distinguished sales representatives for the floor. She has worked on a campaign for someone running for Mayor of New York City. A few summers ago, Jilyenne worked at News International, which ultimately lead her to News America. Jilyenne has taken a lot of business courses such as: Financial Accounting, Cost Managing Accounting, Quantitative Methods, Business Strategy, Organization and Behavior, Law, Ethics and Society, When Law Goes Pop, International Business, Marketing. Also, she has taken other courses other than business, for instance: Writing for New Media, Creative Writing, Introduction to Government, International Politics, Economics.
